About BioStabil
BioStabil is safe and easy to mix and is supplied in a resealable sachet that contains freeze dried bacteria that will treat 100 or 50 tonnes of fresh forage.
The bacteria are stable and have an 18 month shelf life from date of manufacture if kept below 20 degrees centigrade and out of direct sunlight. Storage in a fridge is recommended during warmer summer months
BioStabil can also be used on organic farms and has a genetically unmodified certificate that can be supplied for organic inspections.

The BioStabil product line is a formulated selection of unique strains of Lactic Acid Bacteria for silage inoculation.
Science confirms that the bacterial strain, rather than the species, has the strongest impact on silage inoculant functionality and its ability to improve silage quality.
Overall, using DSM BioStabil results in higher energy and protein content in silages. Your livestock will find BioStabil makes the silage taste good, which gives excellent dry matter intakes.

BioStabil can be applied to fresh forage in standard application (1-2 litres/tonne) or in micro application (40-60ml/tonne).
